Kelly DeMartino is a graduate of the Glendale College Addiction Studies program. She has a certification in Attachment Repair under Daniel P. Brown, PhD and is a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC-I). On top of her professional titles, she still makes time for her other passions as a musician, actress, stylist, and designer.
Since her first day at Multi Concept Recovery (MCR), Kelly has brought a sense of compassion and desire to connect with people on a deeper level. She focuses on addiction, attachment, and the beauty that comes with recovery. With her own personal history of addiction and recovery, she is able to educate clients about attachment styles and the ways that building healthy connections/relationships contribute to breaking addictive cycles.
You can find Kelly facilitating several groups throughout the week that integrate mindfulness practices with her psychoeducation on attachment styles. Her firsthand knowledge of truly working the 12-step model also allows Kelly to be an amazing addition to the multi-conceptual ways of MCR.
