Sara Sincell, M.A., AMFT, holds an Masters in Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in Drama Therapy, from the California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco. She is currently licensed as an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, and honored to be a part of the Multi Concept Recovery team.
Sara has worked as a primary therapist in the treatment of addictions in the residential setting, outpatient care, and within the criminal justice system. Her experience has offered her specialized training in the treatment of trauma, grief, and both process and substance use disorders.
Sara’s approach is relational and interactive, incorporating creative and mindfulness-based techniques rooted in Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, and Narrative modalities. She works to help clients identify and focus on strength and solution-focused changes. Sara is in awe of the resilience of the human spirit, passionate about the story inside, and the individualized journey of healing.
